The Foundation was born out of the initiative of young people and the challenges faced by early-stage businesses. The lack of support in the early-stage market united students from across Poland to create an organization addressing real business needs. While today IHF is a professional, intergenerational, and international institution bringing together dozens of people from across the country, the voice of young people remains a key element of our ecosystem. Their energy and vision are a testament to the enduring importance of their perspective in shaping the Polish startup market.
